I've never used White labs yeast before. I think for my next trip to my supplier I will pick some up and try it.
Yes, WL has some interesting yeast. I would experiment with others, but it sells for $6 and the company is located here in S.D., so I know it's very fresh. Recently, I was able to get my hands on some Wyeast Ringwood. I will post when I use it.
